A polícia de Pequim voltou, em 16 de Novembro, à caça aos cães, em nome dos jogos olímpicos que lá se irão realizar. Cães cujo tamanho exceda os 35cm serão levados e mortos o mesmo acontecendo se as famílias tiverem mais que um cão. O site que podem visitar para assinar as diferentes petições contra esta matança é este. Eu já assinei.

Beijing municipal government plans to take further action on 16 November 2006 [Beijing time], the police will kick-the door of each house in Beijing and get into the house to search for doggies with height exceeds 35 cm and or else, if the family has more than one doggie, the police will take away those doggie...afterwards, those doggies will be beat to death!! Therefore, please do not hesitate to take action to help us to stop this cracy massive dog killing, we need your help, the innocent doggies need your help!!! Revoltante! Tive conhecimento deste massacre através do blog da greentea.
Não há palavras para descrever o choque que senti. E a impotência de sabermos inúteis todas estas louváveis petições. Mundo tão sujo, este em que vivemos.
Venho agradecer-lhe a carinhosa visita e a partilha dos gostos musicais...já que os Dire Straits também fazem parte do meu baú :)
